Proktologische Lasertherapie (Pilonidalsinus & hemorrhoids & fistula)

We are the only practice in Fürstenfeldbruck to offer minimally invasive laser therapy for coccyx fistula, Hemorrhoids and anal fistulas. It is a modern and gentle alternative to surgical operations. It offers considerable advantages over the classic procedure: less invasive, shorter convalescence, Reduction of post-operative pain, Protection of the sphincter muscle and the anal mucosa.

Laser - Hemorrhoidoplasty

Laser hemorrhoidoplasty is a safe one, Painless and minimally invasive treatment method. A hemorrhoid laser probe enables gentle shrinkage of grade II to IV hemorrhoids in need of treatment. Due to the precise coagulation, the surrounding tissue can be preserved in the best possible way and the side effects on the sphincter muscle and the anal mucosa can be minimized.

Laser - Fistula occlusion

With laser fistula occlusion, the fistula tissue is gently destroyed and opens up the possibility, to refrain from peeling the fistula out of the healthy tissue. A flexible one, Radially radiating fistula laser probe is inserted into the fistula duct. During the treatment, the inflammatory tissue becomes con-
trolls destroyed, the fistula duct closed and the original anal gland inactivated. Another advantage of minimally invasive laser therapy is that it spares the sphincter muscle and prevents anal fecal incontinence.
